This cute farmhouse is perfect for a family stay. Owned by one family since 1955, it has been completely renovated. It features a fully stocked kitchen with a stand mixer - a bakers dream. The twin room has a play area for the kids. With 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room to get ready for the big event. The outside is just as lovely with sweeping views and lots of room to run or relax in the sunshine. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! But, please, no smoking on the property and no events. The space We've got you covered with linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, and paper goods. The kitchen is very well stocked with a stand mixer, a baking drawer, a complete set of pots and pans, new dishes and glasses, wine glasses, a toaster, and a coffee maker. But, please, no smoking on the property and no events. Guest access From Beech Hill Road, you will turn into a tidy, paved driveway at the end of which are 2 parking head-in spaces. Please don't drive on the lawn. You will enter the Breezeway door (2 steps) and 2 more steps into the farmhouse kitchen. Enjoy! But, please, no smoking on the property. Other things to note The Little Farm House and its grounds are not conducive to smoking of any kind. It is fair to say that the neighborhood really is smoke-free. The Little Farm House gets its water from a drilled well which relies on mother nature and 2024 is an abnormally dry year. Therefore, The Little Well and The Little Septic System are not conducive to long showers and events.
