This small studio apartment is surrounded by greenery. Lovingly furnished, two people can relax here or set off for activities in the area. The living room can currently be heated with an oven. In the bathroom there is a towel heater. The Teutoburg Forest is very close and the R1 bike path leads directly past the house. The space The apartment (28 square meters) has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need with double-burner induction stove and small fridge, a small table with two chairs, an oven (incl. wood). There are a few board games in the closet. Next to the bathroom with shower, there is a small storage room with shelves and a clothes rack. In front of the door there is a garden table with two chairs. The apartment is located in an annex to our house and is surrounded by forest and garden with a stream (8000 square meters). Since the end of 2024, we have had a photovoltaic system on the roof and a wallbox in the garage. Therefore, guests can now charge their electric car with us. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance door with two steps. The car can be parked directly in front of it. Other things to note We have a cat. He will certainly contact our guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate people with severe cat allergies.
