The space LIVING ROOM: If you decide to stay indoor or wind down your day, turn on the air filter and relax in the living room. The living room has a 60" Roku TV that allows you to stream live TV and also use your own accounts to stream different platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO MAX, and many others. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker, air fryer and the Samsung Bespoke high-tech refrigerator with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. BEDROOM: The master bedroom is very spacious along with the extended retreat space next to the bed for you to enjoy reading books, watching TV, or even working. You will enjoy your own private standing shower and bathtub in the master bedroom. Mattress toppers have been added to the master bedroom mattress and one of the guest bedroom mattresses in response to previous guests’ feedback about the firmness. OUTDOOR: Enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon drink under the covered back patio. CLEAN WATER: This home is equipped with whole house water softening and filtration system. You will have clean drinking water from the sink and refrigerator. Also, enjoy large cubed ice and small ice bites from the Samsung refrigerator. SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY: You will be able to self check-in by using the keypad. Light, fan, thermostat and TV are set up using Alexa smart technology so that you can control them with your voice. REMOTE WORK FRIENDLY: If you need a quiet place to work, you will have a dedicated office space that is equipped with a motorized, adjustable desk along with 2 monitors (21”, 19”) and strong WiFi connection (300 Mbps download). Guest access You have access to everything except for the car garage. Other things to note Prior to check-in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. RULES & EXPECTATIONS: * No parties or events. * No pets as we're trying to be mindful of other guests and allergies. * Quiet hours are 10pm – 8:00am as we're trying to be respectful to our neighbors. * $20 will be charged per guest per night for the 5th & 6th guests (max is 6 guests). * $150 will be charged for an unapproved late checkout and will be taken out of the deposit automatically. * Remove your food items from the frig/freezer before you leave. You will be charged for left-behind food items. * Hotel Tax Collection: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction.
