This hidden treasure is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with several sitting areas & a fenced side yard. The iconic East Beach location is steps to the 9th Street beach access trail, 5 blocks to Gould’s Inlet, and one block to the marsh. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood that is frequented by walkers, bicyclists, and sightseers under the magnificent live oak canopies. The pier village is just a short ride whether you travel in your vehicle or pedal your bike to shop and dine at the local eateries. The space ~Master bedroom has a King bed ~Guest bedroom has two Queen beds ~The upstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and two twin beds ~There are 3 full bathrooms. Two of them have tub/showers and the master bath has a walk in shower. ~There are two dens/living rooms and a sitting room with a office desk. All 3 have TV's ~There is a private screened back porch with a second refrigerator. ~The side yard and part of the backyard is fenced in and has accessed off of the living room and the back porch.
