To comply with all hygiene and cleaning standards, and to offer a quality service, it is necessary to maintain the following times: - Check-in from 2 p.m.; - Check-out until 12 p.m. Note: if you exceed the time, 50% of the daily rate will be charged; - It is forbidden to host more than 4 people in the room, subject to a fine of 50% of the total stay; - The use of electric stoves or any other similar type inside the apartment is prohibited; - Visitors are not allowed, subject to a fine of one night's stay in case of non-compliance with the rules; - Due to condominium restrictions, pets are not allowed; - Rotating parking, subject to availability; - Accommodation of Minors: In accordance with Article 250 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, and in accordance with the guidance of the childhood and youth prosecutor's office, we will only host minors accompanied by their parents and carrying a birth certificate or legal guardians with a parental authorization document.
