The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet. The space The house contains 2 bedrooms, each connected to its own private bathroom. There is also a half bath for guest use. The house is furnished with comfortable seating, beds and a large screen TV. You’ll have access to the washer/dryer, full kitchen and seating on both the front porch and back deck. The primary bedroom is located in the rear of the house and features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with large tiled shower and an exit directly to the back porch. The secondary bedroom is at the front of the house and features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guest access You’ll have access to all areas of the house, as well as the front & back yards. The back yard is fully fenced for complete privacy. Other things to note The neighborhood cat likes to hang out in the back yard. If you see him, he’s hungry! Feel free to feed him with the cat food located in the laundry area!
