There are two double bedrooms with a family bathroom including a shower. Completing the layout is the spacious kitchen and dining room with patio doors leading to the back garden with paved seating area. Perfect for al fresco dining! On those warmer days, there is a gas BBQ for your use. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave and more. There is a small utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine and storage space if required. Upstairs you will find two spacious double bedrooms with a further bathroom. There are four bedrooms in the property – All four have King beds, but can be converted to twin beds. Please advise if twin beds are required when booking. The property has a large driveway allowing off road parking for four cars. On street parking is very restricted in the area and requires a permit. Please note that this is not a party house, in line with AirBnb’s policy. The house is located in a residential area, so consideration for neighbours is very important. No loud music or parties will be allowed, and noise to be kept to a minimum if returning from a night out. Guest access The whole property including the garden is available for your exclusive use. Other things to note The property is very conveniently located, with access to bus, tram and rail links within a short distance. Both Wollaton Park and the University of Nottingham are less than ten minute's walk away.
