Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in an excellent condominium with a private beach in front in a privileged location with 24-hour concierge and security service. The apartment is on the second floor with a flight of stairs, has an en-suite with air-conditioning and a bedroom with a ceiling fan. The living room has air-conditioning, cooling the open kitchen, too The condominium is all on flat ground, 20 minutes from Angra Shopping and 50 minutes from Paraty. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS The space The apartment is on the second floor of the building with access by a flight of stairs, there is no elevator. Windows without protective screens for children and pets. The TV is cable and Smart where guests log in with their personal Netflix accounts and or other streaming channels. The suite has two double beds and the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, air fryer, electric oven and microwave. It has all the necessary utensils for cooking. In the service area there is a sink and a washer and dryer. Important Note: The toilets have a small box each not being very comfortable for very large people. Guest access Quiet private beach for children and with shower. Children's playground in front of the beach, volleyball court or beach soccer. Gourmet space with barbecue area, subject to availability and advance booking. The condominium is located within a large condominium with a Marina, ancient ruins for hiking and beautiful photos. Other things to note The beach is 50 meters from the apartment block. The condominium has a concierge and 24-hour monitoring, super safe and quiet. It has a generator; if there is a power outage from the concessionaire, the generator is automatically turned on, so there is never a power outage in the condominium.
