The space The property is located in the center of Florianópolis, less than 700 meters from Beira Mar Shopping, near Pátio Milano (a dining area). It's an area with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and various shops close by. Nearly in the heart of the city, just minutes from the Beiramar Avenue pier and Hercílio Luz Bridge, as well as close to the Morro da Cruz Lookout (panoramic view). The property stands out for its incredible view of the entire Beira Mar area, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset on sunny days, as shown in the photos. The house is newly built, everything is brand new, and decorated with care to provide you with the best stay. The space is an integrated environment with a bedroom, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and the living room offers a sofa bed, Smart TV (access to streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube), Cable TV, and high-speed internet. Access to the house is via a flight of stairs, with an independent townhouse-style entrance. There is the possibility to accommodate a third guest on the sofa bed in the living room. Guest access Access to the parking lot (when your reservation includes a parking space). Access to the property's laundry room (shared with other guests). Access to the balcony (the corridor leading to the reserved house). Other things to note Parking space availability must be checked in advance; if available, you will be informed before booking and parking is only available for small vehicles. Please note that you must check availability before making your reservation. The remote control will be given along with the keys. The property includes: one set of bed linens and pillows according to the number of beds and guests, blankets according to the number of guests, clothes rack, microwave, two fans, plates, glasses, and cutlery for up to four people, hairdryer, and iron. Additional items for use are: bath towel R$10.00, face towel R$5.00, extra blanket R$10.00, extra bedding set R$10.00. If towels or bedding are stained with makeup or otherwise damaged, the cost of the damaged item will be charged. At check-in, you will receive a mini soap and toilet paper, with no replacements during your stay. The internet access information is on the welcome card inside the property. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; check-out is until 11:00 AM. Electrical outlets are 220v. If the guest exceeds the check-out time by more than one hour without prior authorization through the app, an additional night will be charged at R$250.00. The washing machine is available on the ground floor according to the rules set in the apartments. One laundry load is included per stay; for more than two loads, please check the additional cost. Guests may leave their bags in the host's garage before check-in or after check-out for same-day pick-up, with prior arrangement with the host.
