The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower equipped with soap, shampoo and towels. Located between Midtown and The Plaza District, this apartment provides an excellent avenue to select from many activities and restaurant. The space Apartment is in a 12 unit historic apartment building with a locked entrance for safety. Full kitchen and nice sized bedroom. TV is in the bedroom. You can access the shared coin laundry room located on the NW part of the building in a separate room. Guest access The laundry room can be accessed on the northwest part of the building. Other things to note Quiet hours- before 9am and after 8pm. There are other tenants, so please be respectful. Regarding early/late check in/out- they are subject to availability (other check outs/ins the same day, etc) and we do have a $20 early/late check out fee.
