It features a queen-size bed with luxurious high-thread linens, a private seating area, and a smart TV with streaming access. The 1892 Queen Anne Victorian is a boutique inn located just 40 minutes south of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) and blocks from the downtown district of Faribault, which is considered the second most historic in the state only after the capital city. Guest access The Hutch features keyless entry by way of the formal front door entry. Before you climb the soaring grand staircase, feel free to enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. During the warmer months, you can also spend time on the expansive front porch. The guest suites are completely separate from the rest of the home, so you can come and go as you please.
