Guest access Access to 2 ensuite bedrooms, a half bath, living room with smart TV, pantry with fridge, small sink and counter, gourmet area with fridge, barbecue grill, gas stove, electric oven, wood-fired stove and oven, kitchen utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.), outdoor bathroom, swimming pool, and sauna. Other things to note Important — Only family events allowed (birthdays, baby showers, etc.) • Maximum of 12 people for overnight stays and 20 for daytime use • Pets are welcome, but we charge a R$150 fee (please inform the number of pets when requesting the booking) • Guests must bring their own pillows, bed linens, blankets, and towels What we provide: • Bathroom kit: 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, liquid soap • 2 large (50L) trash bags + 1 trash bag per bathroom • 1 sponge and dish soap in the gourmet area • Squeegee, broom, 2 floor cloths, and disinfectant • 2 kitchen towels and 1 tablecloth Note: We have outdoor security cameras installed for everyone’s safety
