Other things to note The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The spa is heated at no additional charge. This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
