The space The First Room is a King bedroom with a shower/bathroom, en-suite. The second bedroom is a queen bedroom, the third bedroom has a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. All bedrooms are furnished with a high quality mattresses, 100% cotton bedding and smarts TV. An additional bathroom with a tub and shower in the hallway and a fridge for your use there as well. The main living area is a formal dining room and living room. Nice open kitchen for cooking with pots pans, cooking spices . The highlight of the home is the backyard with the Saltwater pool, Tiki Bar, Lounge chairs , and many different types of tropical plants. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for our master bedroom which is clearly marked on the door in the back of the house and the garage which is off limits to guests as well. Laundry facilities are available for $3 per load, inclusive of detergent. Other things to note We ask that guests please be mindful of neighbors during quiet hours and this is not a Party house , so only the amount of guests registered with the host are allowed on property. We love to decorate for the holidays. In September and October, we have SPOOKY Halloween decorations up in the common areas only. In November and December, we have Christmas decorations up in common areas only, including a real Christmas tree.
