The living room has a comfy sleeper sofa. An en suite master with a walk in shower has a king size bed plus twin trundle bed and the guest room has both a trundle and a single twin bed. All rooms have TVs and there is a large flat screen in the living room. Step off your screened porch and a short stroll will bring you to the beach walk-over and our white sand beaches. Or head in the other direction along the wooded paths and reflecting ponds to the main pool and tennis center. Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort offers several on-site amenities such as, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
