Two guests can sleep on the queen bed in the bedroom, and a third guest can choose between the couch or the TWIN XL roll away bed. Other things to note 1) Please note! This unit is part of a duplex! the space is 100% your own, but there are shared walls with the other unit. 2) NO pets and NO smoking on property. A minimum of $275 fine for non-compliance, as well as additional cleaning fee and termination of reservation will occur. 3) Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am. 4) ALL overnight guest count must be accounted for at time of booking, or approved with owners if changes occur after booking.
