Our studio guest house is located in Villa Heights, between the Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV. The space Our location is convenient to uptown, and is nestled between Plaza Midwood and NoDa with an abundance of restaurants, music venues, and breweries. We are also just a few blocks from the light rail. Guest access The yard is only for our use at this time. Other things to note I try to leave snacks if you are hungry and need a bite. Please reach out if you need more. **Smoking inside will result in a fee of $50. Outside an ashtray is provided. **Checking out later than 1130 (unless previous permission was given) will result in a fee of $50.
