In Spring enjoy walks in the trails near by, close to a beautiful river and lake. It’s an all year round house! Paddle board and outdoor seats available during the summer at the private beach. The house it’s up in the hill, hence the views are beautiful. Please note there are 46 stairs to go up to the house (main entrance from the street level) and there are 90 steps to go down directly to the private beach. If you don’t feel like walking down to the beach directly from the main deck, you can walk around by the street level.
