The space Courtyard Cottage is your relaxing getaway in beautiful Historic Savannah located a block and a half from Troup Square. This thoughtfully renovated space features a private courtyard that feels like an outdoor room--one where you can dine al fresco, enjoy your morning coffee, check your email and sip sweet tea or wine in the afternoon. With a nod toward mid-century modern design, Courtyard Cottage is eclectically furnished and decorated with modern and local art. Open the door and step into the kitchen with original heart pine floors and a table with seating for four. You’ll find it is well-appointed with the tools you need to cook a great meal. From there, head to the living area with comfortable sofa and chairs, reading lamps and a 40-inch TV, as well as a lending library. The tiled bathroom is adjacent to the living room and is easily accessible from both bedrooms. A door from the living room takes you out to the charmingly landscaped courtyard. With landscape lighting, you can even enjoy the courtyard at night. Both bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed, two nightstands, reading lamps, and a closet. The full-size stacked washer and dryer is tucked in neatly. Quality bed linens and towels are provided, along with soap, shampoo, conditioner. You will also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. For your entertainment, enjoy wifi and cable TV. Bring your codes for Netflix, etc., through the smart TV. Savannah is best experienced on foot. Park your car in front of the cottage and explore the moss-draped streets, hidden gardens and beautiful architecture of our charming city. Everything you need is in walking distance—historic sites, restaurants, pubs and groceries. We designed our charming Courtyard Cottage with your comfort in mind. Come enjoy Savannah like a local.
