Style and Comfort RM#2 (1 Private Room in a home)

I have a very nice newly constructed single home with specious backyard located in a quiet community in Newcastle, Delaware less than 4 mins off I-95 and 495. My home is conveniently located 8 mins from the Newcastle Airport, 10 mins from the Christiana Mall from where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment and you will experience a quite relaxing retreat. Grocery stores, business center, and banks are nearby as well. The space My home is very cozy & comfortable, making you feel at home in your own comfort zone. The well-kept Private Room is super comfortable and well furnished with 1 queen size bed, a nightstand, and it is stock with extra comforters and bed sheets in the bedroom. It has a wardrobe, a mini heater, and a fan for more comfort. You also have your own smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc. This private room is 1 of 3 private rooms in my Airbnb house. Please be advised that you'll be sharing the home with another guests. You will have a lock and a key at the entrance of your room for you to feel extra-secure and comfortable. I am in the home as well but will be completely out of your way. My room, bathroom, office, and dining area with refrigerator is in the basement. This means that the entire 1st and 2nd is for guest use only, the only time you might see me is when I have to get the other guest rooms clean and ready for check-in. However, sometimes I am away on the weekends or at night. House to yourself option: If you need the entire house to yourself, please contact me while requesting booking inquiry for availability. so, I don’t have to accept booking from other guests, and I can arrange to be away as well. Remember, the entire house option is for 3 private bedrooms, one of them is a master bedroom with a private bathroom, it has 2 queen size beds, walk-in closet, a smart TV with Netflix, a mini refrigerator, fan, and a mini heater. The entire house can host up to 8 or 10 guests. If you want to book the entire house it will cost you $250 per night. Click on my profile picture to view the other 2 rooms/listings. I provide a self-check-in option with a lock box in the event I will not be checking you in or away. Note: If you're expecting a guest or coming with another guest place be sure to include them on your booking. In the event you're already checked in and you want to add a guest you can go back to you booking and adjust it to add the extra guest. Guest access Living area with 70” 4K HD TV for streaming, dining area with large dining table and comfortable chairs, full kitchen with utensils, front porch and backyard. You are also welcomed to use the TV in the living room. I do not have cable, but I do have Verizon Fios high speed internet/ Wi-Fi for guest to use for streaming with Netflix. You can use the GUEST profile when streaming. And, please, do not initiate any free trial subscriptions or make any online movie purchases under my credentials. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourselves, refrigerator and pantry in kitchen are for guest use only and it is shared with other guests as well. Other things to note Parking is off-street opposite the home near the wire fence. No pet is allowed and no smoking in the home, you can use backyard or front yard to smoke. No event/party is allowed until further notice. No cooking anytime after 9pm, quiet hours is from 11pm. There are security cameras around the home recording all outside areas 24/7. Although my home is very safe, this is just for extra security for the guest. Laundry room is on the 2nd floor where the guest rooms are, and usage is for guest planned on staying 5 days or more. Please bring your own detergent, I do not provide any. I have 2 other listings available, one of them is a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and it has 2 queen size beds. This is a perfect private room for two friends wanting to share a room, or for family of 3 or 4.
