The Berlin Boho Bungalow is the dream home of a family of artists—a mother and daughter team, a contractor husband, and adult grandkids. Set on 1.5 acres in historic Berlin, MD. There are two units in the house. This is the upstairs guest house. We invite you to start family traditions here and return year after year. As we lovingly restore this old farmhouse, you can celebrate the transformation of a once-abandoned home into something beautiful. The space This vacation rental comprises the second and third floors of a charming old farmhouse. The second floor features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a kitchen with a large built-in banquette—perfect for lounging or reading. The third floor, known as the "Firefly Cabin," is an open space with sleeping for six, two sofas, a lounge area, and another full bathroom. Kids especially love this fun and spacious getaway, making it ideal for families. Guest access You’ll have the 2nd and 3rd floors all to yourself, plus a private balcony with a grill and a side yard with a picnic table. The backyard and firepit are shared with other guests. Just a heads up—there are exterior stairs you’ll use to get into the unit. Other things to note *We do not provide towels. Please bring your own. *We provide all other linens. *Must be 21+ to rent. *We do not rent to high school seniors for "senior week". PETS: *We charge a $20 a night pet fee. We do not allow cats and limit pets to dogs only. Dogs must be crated when alone in the house, and we ask that you clean up after your dog both in the house and in the yard.
