The house is located within the quiet peaceful Catskill Park setting in a relaxed private neighborhood. If you have any concerns with the notes below this is probably not the right fit for you and your needs. GUESTS: There is an 8-person maximum capacity allowed to sleep overnight at the house, with 10 guests maximum allowed during the day. PETS: NO pets are allowed at this home due to home owner's severe allergies. SORRY there are NO exceptions. NOISE CONCERNS: Be mindful of our neighbors - limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels with increased caution for OUTDOOR MUSIC during the day and NO MUSIC after 10pm outside.
