There's so much to enjoy here...hiking, fishing, rock climbing, skiing, dinning, and tubing down the Esopus Creek. This is the perfect escape for a family or a simple romantic getaway for 2. Wake up each morning to a bright spacious home with a newly renovated and well appointed kitchen and 3 new baths. The main level has 3 bedrooms (incl master) which sleeps 6 or 8 total. The master bedroom has its own bath, with a guest bath on the main level that the 2 other guest bedrooms share as well as a full bath on the lower level. The living room includes a wood burning fire place as well as a 60 inch flatscreen Smart TV & wifi for all online video/streaming services - Or breakout one of the many board games. Adjacent to the kitchen is a fully screened in patio overlooking the grounds as well as an outside deck space for dinning. There's a guest house adjacent to the pool which is perfect for entertaining as it's your outside living room (summer only). The pool house has a sitting area along with a bar w/fridge & ice maker. The guest house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy this park like setting. There is a large 20x40 saline filtered pool which features an artisan slate stonework deck with flower gardens and lush trees surrounding the entire private property. Adjacent to the kitchen is a screened in porch and sitting area which overlooks the backyard and forest. The deck includes a large Weber gas grill and a dinning table. The rate includes all utilities and linens with this well furnished home. Please note extra charge for heating pool - $150 per weekend and $400 per week. The entire house No interaction with guest. Caretaker available as required. I believe all guests should feel like this is their own home. House is on a secluded cul-de-sac just off of the Ashokan Reservoir.
