A quiet location and beautiful Western decor are featured in this two bedroom plus loft condo, making it a great fit for two couples or a small family. The open floor plan features a raised hearth wood fireplace open to the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. In the summer, you'll enjoy looking for wildlife from deck of this second floor property. You'll find a queen bedroom on the main, entry floor and a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and laundry area. Upstairs, there's a second queen bedroom with a private full bath. The loft has a desk area and a set of built-in bunk beds. The condo entry is on the second level of the building w/ two floors inside, accessed by stairs. Guests staying with Rendezvous Mountain Rentals receive up to $300 in ski and snowboard rental credit through Black Tie Skis—delivered to your door so you can avoid rental shop lines and have a hassle free ski trip! This condo does not feature air conditioning. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow. The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by Airbnb message. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe. Amenities & Access - Second floor unit with two levels inside, accessed by stairs - Parking is available for 2 vehicles - Private patio - In-unit washer and dryer - Walking distance (2/3 mile) to market, wine shop, coffee shop, and restaurants - Access to START Bus service to Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required) Important Policies: - Exterior video monitoring may be present at building entrances or exterior common areas - Motorcycles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens - Electric vehicles may not be plugged into parking lot outlets in the Aspens - Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties.
