Our home is light, cheerful, and nearly 2000 sq. ft. The large deck is perfect for barbecues and is nested in trees. The gas fireplace and TV in the family room make it cozy. The full kitchen boasts an island bar and a small kitchen table. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a queen bed and spacious bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each contain an antique double bed with a full bathroom in between. A comfortable queen hideabed is downstairs, as well as a half-bathroom. The space We provide major broadcast TV channels and WiFi for Netflix. A DVD player is available and connected, with an HDMI cable available. There is a small desk in the master bedroom and a WiFi printer in the master bedroom for your professional needs. The wi-if system is a state-of-the-art three hub/beacon mesh wi-fi system by Eero. Coverage throughout the ~2000 sq ft home is therefore excellent. Guest access Guests may use the entire house, except for the garage, master bedroom closet (hangers and hooks are available for clothing), and small office. Other things to note We encourage extended visits. For stays over 21 nights, we will add an extra cleaning fee of $180.00 near the midpoint of the visit at the convenience of our guests. This will help keep the house sparkling, as well as replenish supplies and supply clean linens and towels. This extra fee will be charged after the cleaning occurs.
