Welcome to our home! Beautiful 2 bedroom home with huge private yard & BBQ and immaculate kitchen. It’s where we fell in love and got married in our backyard! Now we offer it as a full time AirB&B for locals and guests to enjoy.❤️ 5 min from Montana De Oro & centrally placed for all coastal adventures. We are 15 miles from San Luis Obispo. Paso Robles, wine country, is 40 min NE & Pismo Beach is 20 min south. Los Osos is a quiet bedroom community w/ great hiking & walking trails & restaurants. The space 6 add on packages available! Romance/Anniversary, Birthday, Breakfast, Wine & Cheese, Beach Day and Pet packages. Advance booking recommened for these packages but not required (subject to availability). Come and enjoy our piece of paradise in Los Osos! We offer a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home for guests to unwind and explore the Central Coast. Each large bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed along with a dresser, closet and bedside treats . Enjoy our remodeled our kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Our home is stocked with dishes and cookware to enjoy meals in our dining room! We have a Keurig coffee maker and we provide coffee! Fully stocked kitchen to create a thanksgiving feast. Blender, instaPot, banking dishes, dishwasher etc. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with essentials you may need during your stay. We provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, Qtips etc. Cozy up near the fireplace with a nice book in the living room and utilize the pull out sofa if needed. Our living room has a smart and guests can connect to their own Netflix/Hulu account. 2022 New couch and loveseat. The couch has a pullout sofa bed for guests and extra sheets/pillows and comforter in the white chest. FYI: Best suited for kids! Enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars in our large private front yard lounging by the fire pit. Play a game of corn-hole while grilling on the BBQ! Bring your bikes! We have plenty of space in the yard for guests to store their bikes. Each bedroom has a portable fan and the living room has a ceiling fan. WIFI: 5G 100mbps download speed We have a washer & dryer outside near the garage available for guests staying 3 nights or longer. You will receive a code for the lock upon request. Guest access Guests will be able to access our home 24/7. There is a combination lock on the front door so guests can come and go as they please. We have an awesome resident upstairs. Please be mindful of noise and be respectful thank you! We have a locked garage which we use to store supplies. Shared Washer and dryer are available near garage for guests staying 3 nights or longer. Please let us know if you have any questions before your stay! Other things to note We have our residence upstairs. Please keep noise and sounds down and respect their privacy. :-) We accept 1 dog with a pet fee. Pet Rules: 1) Dog may not be left alone at the house. 2) No barking dogs 3) Dogs NOT allowed on ANY furniture or bed 4) Must clean up poop outside 5) Additional Dog will be charged a $40 pet fee.
