Solar Odoyá is a seaside retreat with access to an almost private beach. Beach apartment with 01 double suite, 01 single bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodates up to 04 adults and 02 children. Its beachy and very regional decor invites relaxation. Well equipped, it has several kitchen utensils enabling special gastronomic moments. Located in Rio Vermelho in Ssa, next to the Blue Praia Bar on Buracão beach, Solar Odoyá offers a comfortable stay full of axé. The space 60 sq. meter apartment, with incredible sea view in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood in Praia do Buracão, containing a double suite, a single bedroom with bed and trundle bed and a sofa bed in the living room, social bathroom, equipped kitchen and integrated balcony. The rooms are air-conditioned and there is a ceiling fan in the living room. Guest access The guest will have direct access to the apartment and condominium areas such as: swimming pool, gym and beach access. Other things to note Some information for your stay: Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., with a password for access. Check-out is until 12:00 p.m. For early check-in or late check-out, a fee of R$100.00 per hour is charged. But you need to check our availability first. Check-in is done by accepting the condominium rules of coexistence sent by email with rules on noise, access and fines. For clearance at the front desk, I need you to provide: 1. Names and CPF or Passport Document Numbers of each guest (including children). 2. Estimated check-in time 3. Estimated check-out time 4. Inform if you want to check in or check out at another time. On the day of your check-in, we will generate a password for the key locker and send it here. With this password you will open the locker and have access to the apartment key. We emphasize that before check-in, it is necessary to complete and accept the Statement of Responsibility on Conduct, which will be sent by email. The document sets out your responsibilities during your stay, including following the condominium rules. Disregarding the rules can result in high fines, applied by the condominium, and you will be held responsible for them.
