Comfortable house in Clearlake Oaks. Easy access to fishing and local wineries. The best part of this house is the huge back deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying life on the lake. Well equipped with everything that you need for a weekend at the lake. PLEASE NOTE: The dock is only accessible dependent on the Clear Lake water level. The lake currently has plenty of water to launch kayaks and dock boats. The space Sit by the gas fire pit on the comfortable outdoor seating. Use the large gas grill to cook up the fish you caught on the lake. Close to the Clearlake Oaks boat launch. Lounge on the large, comfortable couch indoors, watching Netflix on the big screen TV. Plenty for the kids to enjoy, including an array of board games and video games. 2 kayaks included with rental with several sizes of life jackets included. We ask that guests please do not use the tools and items stored in the garage. Please note that there is no EV charging available.
