Grandma's Place an Easy Walk to Woodstock

Simply decorated and conveniently located, Grandma's Place is on a quiet road just minutes from all Woodstock has to offer. Vintage furnishings make this popular rental a fun place to stay. The house shares a roof with Grandma's Apartment but the spaces are separated with a secure and sound proofed door. The only shared areas include the driveway and garden. The space Perfect for a couple or small family, Grandma’s Place is walking distance to the center of Woodstock. Furnished with a flare for the fifties, this cute rental has all the amenities of home. Grandma's Place allows for rental of two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. One or two Single floor mattresses can be added to accommodate two children. The kitchen and dining area has a dish washer, large fridge and an expandable table. Food in the fridge and cabinets is available for guest consumption. On chillier days a propane fireplace in the living room will add ambience to this already cozy space. For warmer days a patio is just a few steps down from the kitchen. Also available to guests is the beautiful backyard and fire pit for a real fireside experience. A view of majestic Overlook Mountain frames the private grassy, tree lined backyard. While here in the summer, Grandma occupies an apartment within the house that is completely separate from the guest area. The driveway and garden behind the apartment are the only shared areas. Guests can be assured they will feel privacy while staying at Grandma's Place. According to local sound ordinances, quiet time is between 11p and 7a the following morning. Guest access You will have private access to the main part of the house during your stay. This includes: two queen bedrooms, bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen, deck, and patio. Grandma bought this cute house as a second home for when she comes to visit from Virginia in the summer. Her suite, a separate apartment within the house, has it's own entry, kitchenette and bathroom. The only shared spaces include parking at driveway and part of the backyard behind Grandma's Apartment.
