Beautiful apartment facing the sea!

It is a beautiful, ventilated, spacious, well-decorated apartment with a large balcony facing the sea. To get to the beach, just cross the street. It is super well located and it is possible to do everything on foot: go to restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, art fair, bars, bakery. For those who like to work out, there is a complete fitness center on the building's mezzanine. The sea view we have from the balcony is wonderful! Guests can have breakfast on the spacious balcony, enjoying a heavenly view. Other things to note Up to 2 days prior to arrival, guests must send me a photo of a document (ID, driver's license or passport). I'll send this data to the security company that monitors the building.
