The space The stylish half-timbered apartment with its charming beams offers you high-quality furnishings with space for 6 guests. To make you feel as comfortable as at home, we have all the amenities ready for you. Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee or a warm tea at the bar counter in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stovetop, fridge with freezer, microwave with grill, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook delicious food. Of course, you will also find enough coffee capsules, various teas, cooking oil, salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen. To ensure your sleep is first-class, a large king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) awaits you in the first bedroom and a cozy queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with hotel-level bedding in the second bedroom. For the 5th and 6th guest there is a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with slatted base and mattress in the separate living/bedroom. The bedrooms are equipped with soundproofing blackout curtains, so your night's sleep is not disturbed by anything. On the bedside tables you will find USB charging options for your smartphone. A wardrobe with wooden hangers and several compartments is available for your clothes. If you are on a business trip, the desk in the bedroom is ideal for working comfortably from our apartment. And of course you can use our high-speed Wi-Fi for free. In the large combined living/bedroom, you can cozy up on the large comfortable corner sofa bed and end the evening in front of the 55" Samsung HD TV with Netflix, Magenta TV and RLT+. At the large real wood table there is enough space for everyone to enjoy a nice dinner, play a board game, of which you will find a selection in the apartment or just sit comfortably together. In the daylight bathroom with a rain shower, you can start the day refreshed. Of course, we provide fresh towels and things like toilet paper, soap, hair and body wash gel and hair dryer. If you have dirty laundry, you can wash and dry it in the washing machine and dryer. The necessary detergents are available free of charge. You can also use the iron and ironing board to get your clothes wrinkle-free again. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. In the courtyard, you can cozy up in the shared seating area and maybe talk to other vacation guests or review the day with a glass of Palatinate wine. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Settle in! Access is contactless via a key safe. Other things to note We provide high-quality bedding and towels. A welcome set with coffee and tea also awaits you. As a guest gift, a selected Palatine organic wine from the Bioland Weingut Stefan Kunz winery in Landau awaits you.
