The space The stylish half-timbered apartment with its charming beams offers you high-quality equipment with space for 6 guests. So that you are as comfortable as at home, we have all the amenities ready for you. Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee or hot tea by the beard counter in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook delicious. Plenty of coffee capsules, various teas, cooking oil, salt, pepper and sugar can of course also be found in the kitchen. To make your sleep first-class, a large king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) awaits you in the first bedroom and in the second bedroom a cozy queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with hotel level bedding. For the 5th and 6th guest there is a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with slatted base and mattress in the separate living room/bedroom. The bedrooms are equipped with soundproofing curtains, so your night's rest is not disturbed by anything. At the bedside tables you will find USB charging options for your smartphone. A wardrobe with wooden hangers and several compartments is available for your clothes. If you are on a business trip, the desk in the bedroom is an option to work comfortably from our apartment. And of course you can use our high-speed Wi-Fi free of charge. In the large combined living room/bedroom you can cozy up on the large comfortable corner sofa and end the evening before the 55" Samsung HD TV with Netflix, Magenta TV and RLT+. At the large real wood table there is enough space for everyone to enjoy a nice dinner, to play a board game, of which you will find a selection in the apartment or just sit together comfortably. In the daylight bathroom with rain shower you can start the day refreshed. Of course, we provide fresh towels and things like toilet paper, soap, hair and body wash, and a hairdryer. If you have dirty laundry you can wash and dry it in washer and dryer. The necessary laundry detergents are available free of charge. You can also use the iron and iron board to get your clothes wrinkle-free again. Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in the basement. In the courtyard you can make yourself comfortable in the shared seating area and maybe talk to other holiday guests or reflect on the day with a glass of Palatinate wine. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself comfortable! Access is contactless by key safe. Other things to note We provide high quality sheets and towels. There is also a welcome kit with coffee and tea. As a guest gift, you will find a selected Palatinate organic wine from the Bioland winery Stefan Kunz in Landau.
