The space 30m² Large Studio with fully equipped kitchen, living room, integrated bedroom and a north-facing balcony overlooking downtown Curitiba, excellent natural and well ventilated light. Located next to Shopping Estação and Câmara dos Aereadores, one of the safest regions of downtown Curitiba. Space with planned and fully equipped furniture (household utensils, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, steam slipper, hairdryer and bed, table and bath articles). Bathroom with box blindex, exclusive work space with executive chair, kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven and granite countertop. Capacity for 2 people in comfort: - Double size box bed with bagged springs; - sofa 2 places with chaise; - Ceiling fan; - WI-FI; - SmartTV 43'' to log in Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and open channels; - Gas water heating in the kitchen and shower in the bathroom; - Basic supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, paper towel, detergent, toilet paper and liquid soap) to facilitate your stay; A set of towels (per guest) and one bed linen (for every 2 guests) will be provided during the stay. Cleaning with change of bed and bath linen will only be done after check-out or upon request (with additional cost, in this case). Parking in the condominium not included and available upon consultation. Guest access Access to the pool, hydro, saunas and gym (fitness) is available for guest use and access through a password provided at check-in. Other things to note To check in on weekends and extended holidays, it is essential to send the documentation on the business day prior to the weekend and holiday for authorization with the condominium administration; Children up to 2 years old do not pay extra, and minors under 18 years old must present an ID and be accompanied by their parents or guardian; Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. must be respected; The following is not allowed: - Smoking; - Use illicit substances inside the studio, in the common areas of the building and in the elevator; - Pets; - Parties or events in the apartment; - Sublease; - Use the space for informal paid work with a face-to-face client; - Use and sleep in the apartment by those who are not included in the reservation and without payment for an additional guest; In the bathroom, use the trash can to dispose of paper, absorbents, wet wipes and other objects, to avoid clogging the toilet; Avoid frying food; In the case of visits by friends or third parties during the stay, consult the host beforehand; We count on the collaboration of guests in leaving the studio organized when leaving; In case of damage to the accommodation, a fee for the cost of the item may be charged if it is not restored; - A set of towels (per guest) and bed linens for the double bed will be provided during the stay. A set of bed linens for the sofa bed will be available only for reservations of 3 or more people, at no additional cost. For additional bed and bath linens, check availability and cost in advance with the host. - Optional outsourced parking space inside the condominium, PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY AND DAILY RATE BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATION! To use the laundry, it is necessary to use the Wash&Go app and follow all the instructions posted to avoid damage to the machines. Children may not circulate unaccompanied by a person responsible for the condominium and are prohibited from entering the fitness center. SWIMMING POOL, SPA AND SOLARIUM - The swimming pool is for the private use of the Condominium Owners; - Opening hours from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; - Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult; - Keep the place clean and pleasant; - Mandatory use of swimwear; - No eating, drinking or smoking on the premises; - It is forbidden to enter the pool dirty or with a sweaty body, with skin greased with oils, creams, ointments or any other products; - No walking in bathing suits or wet through the corridors and elevators. Guests who fail to comply with the rules for using the pool and spa described above and in the internal regulations may be moved. IMPORTANT: If any of the rules are not complied with, the contract will be broken and the guest will have to leave the premises immediately, without a refund.
