When booking, guests will be asked for their personal data (name, ID) and vehicle details to clear the entrance to the condominium. There is a swimming pool in the building, but it is not available for short-stay guests, being exclusive to residents and upon presentation of a medical certificate. Other things to note This is the only condominium on Porchat Island that has parking for all apartments. You won't need to leave your car on the street or with a valet. The building has 7 numbered garages, with a panel indicating which garage has vacancies. 🏍️ Garage 1: Exclusive for motorcycles 🚗 Garage 2: Easy access to the social elevator, but more difficult to maneuver 🚗 Garages 3 and 4: Great and across the street, just cross and arrive at the building's entrance Two days before check-in, you'll receive a message at 9 p.m. on the platform with all the instructions, including the electronic lock password. I'll be available to guests during their stay on the Airbnb platform, ready to help with any questions or needs.
