Plenty of space, fully stocked, and ready for everyone in city limits. This is our privately owned home so it is always inspected and checked by us! The space This home is very spacious and has a pool, an upstairs patio deck, and a main level paver patio, and irrigated lawn that is perfect for games and entertainment. The views here are most of our clients favorite features. We designed the set up to accompany two families on each level comfortably. Bedroom layouts: The main level has a king, and a queen bed. It has a owner suited large bathroom with tub and shower. The queen size bedroom has a tub/shower combo with a full vanity. The lowest level has a double bunk bed room (twin and full beds x2) and another king size bed and a tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet for the bathroom. House Layout: Inside the home the main level has a large living room that has a couch, seating area, rug, and boho decor. Open floor concept to the dining area that features a modern dining table with chairs , a walk out patio deck that has a chat table and a fully stocked kitchen (we supply dinnerware, glasses, coffee maker with pods , tea maker with tea , rice cooker, instant pot, griddle, oven supplies, baking goods, utensils, and make sure to always have waters and snacks in the fridge.) The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and hypoallergenic pods for washing clothes. The lowest level has a couch and hang out area, and direct access through the sun room the lower paver patio and a perfect place to exit to the pool. The upper most loft area in the home is an office space. The pool (inquire with booking host) is deep with diving board. The Pool is seasonal, running from April/May-August/September sometimes earlier/later depending on the weather. The hot tub is a MAAX Guest access Guests have access to all of the home. The detached lower level garage is not accessible to guests, however the attached garage is available to guests. Other things to note Guest Disclosure & Safety Notice Welcome to our Airbnb!
