Our space has been designed to provide you with all the comfort and amenities you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Here's what you can expect from the space: 1 Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, fresh linens, and plenty of storage space. There is also an air conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfortable. 1 Bathroom: The apartment has one full bathrooms which is equipped with fresh towels, basic toiletries. Living Room: The living room is furnished with a comfortable sleeper couch, and TV. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. Wi-Fi & Cable TV: High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV are available for your use. Our space has been recently renovated with a boho style, featuring sleek finishes and high-quality appliances. We've done our best to make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. If there is anything else you need, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and are able to come and go as they please. There is a 24h concierge in the building lobby. In front of the building located on Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, please note there is no way to stop by car to unload luggage as it is a selective lane for buses and taxis. Luggage can only be unloaded on the opposite side of the street next to the building. Other things to note The apartment building is situated facing a lively square area full of restaurants and bars on the ground floor. Guests should note there is sometimes a potential for noise, and to assist with this, the apartment is installed with acoustic windows to reduce the street noise but it can never be 100% soundproof. Also mentioned in the House Rules, guests should please be aware that the air conditioning unit should not be used at the same time whilst the shower or washing machine is running. Before running the shower or washing machine, please be sure to switch off the air conditioning unit. If this is not done, the electricity could trip and could cause damage to the electrical wiring of the apartment/building. Any damages caused by tripping the electricity due to running the showers and air conditioning units at the same time will be covered by the guest. Important: Our check-in is done in person and for flexible times before 7:00 am and after 8:00 pm, the Uber fare will be charged to the co-host who will receive you. The value will be negotiated with the guest according to the dynamics of the day's value.
