Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24/7. For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. - We welcome longer stays but only open our calendar one month at a time. - All guests must be 25 except for children with parents. - 6 people max. We charge per guest; please have an accurate guest count. - There is a camera monitoring at the front door, and backyard for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. Please note that all cameras are motion activated 24/7. - No late check-out or early check-in. If you request to arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per hour. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. - We provide starter supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you are booking an extended stay.
