Play a game of ping-pong or dominoes in the lower. The space A RUSTIC ESCAPE was completed in May 2023. It is a spacious property 10 minutes from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. It is situated on 1.26 acres. It is awesome for family reunions as it is very spacious and has a ton of amenities such as electric vehicle charger, 12 person theater room, a hot tub, ping pong table, pool table, arcade machine, a soaking tub in Master #1 and a jacuzzi with jets in Master #2. Just too many amenities, you must come and see for your self. There's plenty of space for everyone!!! Upper Level •Bedroom 2- King bed, full bath with walk in shower, dual sink, and jetted corner jacuzzi. •Bedroom 3- Two twin bunk beds, full bath with walk in shower and dual sink. Also has an Xbox 1 and arcade games. •Open area- Pool table with 5 cue sticks. Main Level •Master Suite- King log bed, work desk and chair, full bath with soaking tub and walk in shower. •Living room area with sofa bed, fire place, half- bath, and coffee station. •Fully equipped Large kitchen with dining table for 10 and island that seats 3. •Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, also has a utility sink. •Outdoor area- picnic table, outdoor wood burning fireplace, and gas grill. Lower Level •Bedroom 4- Two queen beds, full bath with walk in shower. •Movie Theater- Surround sound speaker system with 12 theater style felt chairs. Also has games like Sorry, Chess, Poker, and Taboo. •Open Area- Ping pong table, Dominos table, twin size swinging bed, futon, and wet bar with full refrigerator. •Outdoor Area- Hot tub, and tall wicker table with 4 stools.
