Although it has two windows, very little natural light comes in, so the space relies mostly on artificial lighting. It features a private bathroom, two fans for the summer, and a portable heater for colder days. Please note that there is no air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm during the summer. The studio is located on the ground floor, overlooking the building’s interior courtyard. The building can sometimes be noisy, as it is residential; however, a quiet hours policy from 22:00 to 08:00 must be respected. The water heater has a capacity of 50 liters, so it’s important to manage the use of hot water to ensure everyone can enjoy the service. If it runs out, you only need to wait about one hour for it to fully recover. Located in the heart of Lavapiés, one of Madrid’s most vibrant and culturally rich neighborhoods. Important: The in-person check-in schedule is from 15:00 to 22:00. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Check-in instructions will be sent the day before arrival. Keeys will be delivered personally. Additionally, as we have always done, we guarantee a 100% change of all textiles with each new check-in, including bed linens, towels, bath mats, and even kitchen cloths. Water Heater: The apartment is equipped with an electric water heater that provides hot water. Careful use is recommended to ensure a continuous supply and to enjoy all the comforts. Check-In: Access to phone calls and/or an internet connection is necessary to use the self-check-in system and to communicate with me in case immediate assistance is needed.
