The small division between the bed and table brings a feeling of separation of environment, perfect if you want to take a nap while your travel partner works, for example! The space can also be used to make your everyday meals: A coffee early in the morning while enjoying the view or your favorite programming on the Smart TV with open channels, seems like a good way to start the day, doesn't it? Speaking of coffee, the kitchen is complete with appliances and utensils for you to explore your cooking gifts: Cooktop by induction with hood, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker and more! We value a good sleep and so the double bed is prepared with cotton trousseau, the curtains are blackout and there is split air conditioning in the studio! To organize your clothes, you can count on hangers, shelves, drawers and an iron + ironing board! ATTENTION: Currently the condominium counts units under construction, and there may be noise between business hours from Monday to Friday. Works are prohibited on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Guest access - It is necessary to send in advance the full names and a copy of an official government-issued ID with photo of all guests from your country, as early as possible. - Visitors are not allowed. The rental of the unit is for the exclusive use of the guests registered in the reservation. - Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and check-out time must be by 11 a.m. Warning! If the check-out time is not respected, fines may be applied. The possibility of early check-in or extended check-out will be subject to availability and contracting.
