This requirement is laid down in Article 250 of the ECA, which prohibits unaccompanied minors from staying without formal authorization from their parents. In order for your nephew to stay in the apartment, you will need to send: ✅ A copy of your and your child's ID card or passport (we already have this) ✅ Authorization signed by the parents and notarized ✅ A copy of the parents' IDs, with the same signatures as those notarized.
