The newly fitted open plan Kitchen has a solid marble work top with small fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine for a fully contemporary kitchen. . The combined space is tranquil and bright with a comfy velvet sofa. Whilst relaxing you can enjoy the wall mounted 43" smart TV with Netflix and many other channels. There is also a separate breakfast bar with a marble work top that can be used as a work space/desk with pull out stools. The property has very good Wi-Fi connection with plug sockets/usb direct inputs. There is a large utility/bathroom with vaulted ceiling, finished with all new modern contemporary fittings. There’s a shower, white towels and complimentary Bramley products (hand wash, body wash). The utility has a washing machine, iron, a small compact & large ironing board. The newly refurbished flat is minutes from Tunbridge Wells station with direct links to the London and Hasting (the coast) both in under 40 minutes. Tunbridge Wells is a historic Spa town with lots of restaurants , shops , parks and local amenities. Should you wish to venture further afield, historic villages and beautiful countryside surround this sought after town. PARKING - For long stays resident permits are available. This will allow you to park close to the property and any where in the local area in zone A for an additional charge of £90. *This is not guaranteed* as i will need to apply online. There are also lots of other parking options available please see below- Parking details- There is parking outside the property and on the near by roads. You get 1 hours free parking outside the property from 8:00-22:00 and Free parking all day on Sundays. The details are sign posted on the streets (just in case there are any changes) There are many streets with *free* parking however i would say the closest is about 15 minutes walk away. Some streets with free all day parking - Boyne Park Amherst Road Byng Road Royal Chase Earl’s Road Connaught Way Molyneux Park Road Fir Tree Road Otherwise theres plenty of parking with *long stay*. The closet car park is a few minutes walk away, its called 'The Great Hall Car Park' TN1 1QQ. Its tucked away behind Hoopers near the entrance to Calverley Park. The cheapest car park in Tunbridge Wells is Sainsbury’s, Tunbridge Wells car park, which you can book even if you are not a customer – but it must be pre-booked. It about 5 minutes drive from the property/15 minutes walk. You book this car park all day (9am – 5pm) for just £4 or £60 per month. You can park for free in Tunbridge Wells at the following car parks, at certain times of the day: Free Mon-Fri after 6pm, Saturday before 10am and Sunday after 5pm: Beech Street, TN1 2RU Camden Road, TN1 2QZ Linden Park Road, TN2 5QL Little Mount Sion.
