The Southern California coastal lifestyle shines through the house with plenty of space to host 10 guests. Rooms are well appointed, spacious and both living rooms are designed for entertainment with large UHD TV-s and comfortable seating arrangements. The patio is the heart of the house with built in BBQ, communal table and fire pit on one side, hot tub, play house, wood burning fire pit, hammock and lawn games on the other side. The neighborhood is very peaceful & quiet and the perfect spot to relax after a fun day at the beach. Of course if you looking for action beaches, shopping malls, restaurants and spas are only 5 minutes car ride away. STR PERMIT # 1267225 Guest access You have access to the entire house. -We have key less entry, so you can arrive at any time after 3pm, day or night. Check out before 10AM. Other things to note - This is a peaceful & quite neighborhood and our neighbors are sensitive for loud noise so this is not the place for parties&events! Noise must be kept down to ALL THE TIME. Outside quiet time is 9 PM. Please be respectful&considerate and bring your party inside after 9PM. Thank you! - NO PARKING FRONT OF OUR LEFT & RIGHT NEIGHBORS HOUSES! Our house have plenty of parking, 2 smaller car in the garage, 2 on the driveway and 3 front of our house. - Our house & safety rules will be send to you after you made the reservation. - Our access code to the house, the check in & check out information will be send to you on the day of your arrival before 3PM. - We require the names of all guests in your party at the time you book. - We have keyless entry, so you can arrive at any time after 3pm, day or night. Check out at 10AM or before. Changes to this need to be planned well in advance to coordinate with cleaners. Thank you.
