Breathtaking attic Casa Vivaldi in downtown Serrada

Cozy designer apartment located on the top floor of a typical 150-year-old Trentino farmhouse. The entire Maso was renovated in 2023. The apartment has two rooms and a large living room overlooking the garden and the mountains of the Cimbra Valley. The unusual décor has been carefully chosen and is a mix of travel and passions, inspired by mountains, sports, and motors. The apartment has a new kitchen, a 65" TV in the living room, 40mb internet, and a shared garden with a view. Cats are allowed. The space The apartment is on the second floor of Maso Schlosseri, an ancient Trentino farmhouse over 150 years old. We recently redid the roof, which now has exposed beams, and renovated the entire building. The space consists of a large entrance hall with a staircase in which to leave shoes, jackets and skis. Once you arrive in the living room you are greeted by the fully equipped SMEG kitchen with oven, dishwasher, hood, induction stove and a coffee maker. In the living room, we have two large windows overlooking the common garden (shared with 2 apartments we own). In the living room there is a 65' smart TV. A large hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The main room is very spacious and bright, but the velux make it completely dark to sleep peacefully even until late. The bed is 160x190. The second bedroom houses a bunk bed with 90x200cm mattresses, ideal for guests or children. In the living room there is a "Jolly" sofa that can be easily opened and becomes a comfortable fifth bed either in the living room or in one of the two bedrooms. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and bidet. The apartment also has a super quiet Bosch washing machine. Guest access The apartment has a garden equipped with a table and deck chairs shared with two other apartments we own. Other things to note Parking is free and there is a dedicated parking space on our property. To park a second car, you have to go down 150 meters toward the village.
