The space You will enter the house on the main level. On this floor you will find the bunk room, a half bath, living room, sitting room and fully stocked kitchen. This is also where you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite. There is a deck off the sitting room with rockers, a table and gas grill for your enjoyment. Downstairs there is another living room, a game area, and the 3 other bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms with a full bath right outside in the shared hallway, and a king bedroom with en-suite. There is also access to a deck with a fire pit, a picnic table and seating area. The second laundry room is also on this level. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and garage except an owners closet on the lower level and workshop also located on lower level. Other things to note Such a great central location for large groups. Zip lining, tubing, and mountain coaster within 10 minutes. Clayton is a a very cute town to visit within 20 minutes and Highlands is lovely and 29 minutes away in that other direction. Sky Valley is at the highest elevation in GA making it a great getaway to enjoy that cool mountain air.
