Other things to note Welcome to Our Home – Guidelines & Information We’re delighted to host you and want to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Below, you’ll find important information about the property, amenities, and policies. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! House Rules & Property Policies. Important Pre-Arrival Information for Your Stay Before your arrival, we kindly ask that all guests’ full names and profiles be added to the Airbnb reservation. This can be done in two ways: 1. Through Airbnb: The booking guest can invite others by going to ‘Trips’ → ‘Guests’ → ‘Invite’, then entering their email addresses. 2. Via Airbnb Chat: If preferred, you can simply send the names of all guests (16 and older) here in the chat. This step is important to ensure a smooth and secure check-in process. Once all guests are added, they will automatically receive key details about the stay, including house rules, elevator locations, and check-in instructions. Once I receive this information, I’ll send you the electronic lock PIN and instructions for easy access. While the Suite can accommodate 8 guests there is an additional charge for more than 6 guests. 1. Resort Fee • A daily resort fee of $40 per suite provides access to the beach and pool, two beach chairs, one umbrella, and towels. • Due to limited space directly in front of the building, umbrellas and beach chairs are available one property north. Additional chairs and towels are in your suite for convenience. 2. Valet Parking & Security Deposit • Valet parking is available at $30 per day, per vehicle, with unlimited in-and-out privileges. • The resort fee and valet parking are not included in your booking and must be paid directly at check-in. • A refundable $250 security deposit will be held on your credit card at check-in and released within 2–3 business days after checkout. 3. No Parties or Events • Parties, events, and outside visitors are strictly prohibited. 4. No Smoking or Vaping. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the vestibule & suite. If smoke or vapor is detected, a $1,000 deep-cleaning fee will apply. This is necessary to remove nicotine and vapor residue, including full linen and curtain laundering, deodorizing, and sanitizing all surfaces and fabrics. 5. No Pets • Pets are not allowed in the suite due to owners allergies. 6. Dress Code & Quiet Hours • Shoes and shirts are required indoors. • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Guests must wear wristbands while on the property. 7. Pool & Jacuzzi Rules • Towels must remain in the pool area. • No running, ball-playing, roller skating, or toy use near the pool. • Only arm floats are permitted as flotation devices. • Proper swimwear is required. 8. Food & Beverages in the Pool Area • No outside food or drinks allowed. • Glass containers are strictly prohibited. • Personal audio devices are not permitted. 9. Pool Safety Notice • No lifeguard on duty—use the pool and spa at your own risk. • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. • Pregnant individuals and those with health concerns should consult a doctor before using the spa. 10. Late Check-Out Policy • Late check-outs require written approval from your host, Alex, and are subject to availability. • Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per hour or any portion of an hour after 11:00 AM Suite & Amenity Information 11. Elevator Access • Private elevator access leads directly to your suite for convenience, security, and privacy. • If the private elevator is unavailable, four additional elevators are available in the hotel wing. 12. Suite Entrance Protocol • To keep the white floors pristine, we request leaving your shoes under the bench in the private vestibule. 13. In-Suite Essentials • We provide a starter supply of essentials, including salt, pepper, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, and half a dozen Keurig coffee pods to get you started. 14. Instacart & Grocery Deliveries • Feel free to pre-order from Instacart, Amazon, or other delivery services before your arrival. • Once you have an estimated delivery time, call the front desk or reservations line to inform them. You can request a bellboy to receive and hold your order until you arrive, then bring it up to your suite after check-in. 15. Washing Machine • The washing machine is preloaded with detergent and fabric softener for up to 30 washes. Let us know if it runs out, and housekeeping will refill it. A empty light will come on. 16. Sofa Bed Instructions To convert the living room sofa into a double bed: 1. Step behind the couch. 2. Hold one of the two backs and gently pull it up and toward you. 3. The sofa will swivel out on a hinge, doubling the sleeping space. • Master bedroom: • 1 queen bed that sleeps 2 guests • 1 small couch suitable for a child • Living room: • The main couch opens into a sleeper that fits 2 guests • Bedroom 2: • Two twin beds (1 guest per bed = 2 guests) • Bedroom 3: • Two twin beds (1 guest per bed = 2 guests) 17. Family-Friendly Amenities • The suite includes a booster seat, high chair, Pack & Play, and pool noodle floats for children. Picnic cooler etc. All Bedrooms come with “blackout” blinds so infants and adults that require total darkness can have a peaceful nights sleep 😴 18. Luxurious Bedding • Our Hotel Collection duvet covers are crafted from 680-thread-count Supima cotton, one of the rarest cotton varieties in the world. This high-quality material ensures a soft, elegant, and long-lasting bedding experience. Linen & Duvet Policy We kindly ask guests to treat linens and duvet covers with care. If linens or duvet covers are left with excessive staining that cannot be cleaned using the in-suite washing machine and require professional or specialty cleaning, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be applied. This helps cover the cost of professional treatment and ensures the suite is ready for the next guest. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our home. 19. Nearby Conveniences • Within walking distance, you’ll find Starbucks, Panera Bread, 7-Eleven, and more. Supermarkets; 1. Super Walmart – about a 7-minute walk 2. Whole Foods Market – a quick drive or rideshare away Important: Please have every adult guest Read Before Your Arrival For a safe and seamless stay, I kindly ask that you invite all adult guests (16 and older) to “Join the Trip” through your Airbnb account. This will ensure that their names and profiles are added to the reservation, allowing them to access important details such as house rules, elevator locations, and check-in instructions. It also simplifies the check-in process for everyone. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please make sure that every adult in your group has read this message, along with all the house rules and safety information provided in my Airbnb listing. Additionally, the day before your arrival, I will send the electronic lock PIN and instructions on how to use it. Shabbos and Kosher Observance Guidelines We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Please see the following instructions for Shabbos observance in the suite: Lock • Access: We will provide you with the combination to the lockbox located in the vestibule. Inside the lockbox, you will find a physical key to use. Oven (Bosch) • Kashering: Run the self-cleaning feature for 3 hours before use. If you would like us to do this for you prior to your arrival, housekeeping will try to accommodate your request. This will save you time and reduce additional heat in your suite. • Shabbos Mode Instructions: 1. Begin a Bake operation. 2. While Bake is running, press and hold the Oven Timer touchpad for five seconds. 3. The Sabbath Mode timer will blink, allowing you to edit the value. The default value is 74:00 (74 hours). 4. Press Enter to accept the default or use the numeric keypad to set your desired timer value (between 0:01 and 74:00). 5. Note: If no changes are made within 10 seconds, Sabbath Mode will start automatically. Microwave • Kashering: 1. Place a bowl of water in the microwave and bring it to a boil. 2. Allow the water to continue boiling for 10–15 minutes. 3. The steam generated will fill the chamber and kasher the microwave surfaces. Refrigerator (Sub-Zero) • Setting Shabbos Mode: 1. Open the refrigerator and locate the screen on the top middle frame. 2. Tap the Settings icon (⚙️). 3. Navigate to the Sabbath Mode icon using the right arrow. 4. Touch and hold the Sabbath Mode icon to activate. 5. To deactivate, touch and hold the icon again. • Additional Notes: • Sabbath Mode will remain active for 74 hours unless turned off manually. • In the event of a power outage, the unit will resume Sabbath Mode when power is restored. • During Sabbath Mode: • Interior lights will stay on at reduced brightness and cannot be turned off. • The ice maker will be disabled, and the motor will remain on. KC Market: Hallandale (Kosher Central) 1002 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 Hours: Open daily, closes at 5 PM A newly opened and well-stocked kosher supermarket. Chumus Achla (Fast Food Kosher Restaurant) 658 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 A casual and tasty option for quick kosher meals. Soho (Meat Restaurant) Located in nearby Aventura — a popular and upscale kosher meat restaurant. Fresko (Dairy Restaurant) Located right next to Soho, Fresko is a great dairy option for breakfast or lunch. Bagel Cove Just two doors down from Chumus Achla — a relaxed spot for a kosher breakfast. Travel Tip: The most convenient airport to fly into is Fort Lauderdale International Airport, which is about 17 minutes from the property. There is a Synagogue within 3 minutes walk of the Hotel.
