Come and enjoy a friendly and comfortable stay, with family or friends, in a carefully decorated setting to celebrate the holidays. 🎁🎅 Guest access You will have access to: - the whole house except 3 private areas owner in the basement, - the unheated private swimming pool accessible in late May and late September, - the area around the pool with 6 deckchairs, a pergola, a table and 8 outdoor chairs, - the pétanque court (balls provided), - the trampoline, - the swing, - the barbecue with a table and 2 outdoor benches, Free parking on site at the foot of the house (3 to 4 vehicles without problem). Other things to note Bed and bath linen (small and large towels) are provided. Think the cleaning fee is high? => Here is the explanation of what they understand: the control of the general condition of the accommodation after your departure (which helps us in the rating), the cleaning (with photos and control videos), the management of linens, the restocking of consumables and the setting up of small touches to ensure you a pleasant and comfortable stay. Cleaning fees don't include the kitchen. Please put it back in order as found on your arrival. => In case of excessive dirt, an additional charge of €70 will be charged. The Wi-Fi code will be available on the left of the TV (scannable QR code) and sent in the welcome message. The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Please respect the hours of silence between 10pm and 8am to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Regarding the use of the pool: - the robot is in operation from 8 am to 10 am, - when you want to swim, you can EITHER leave the robot in the pool OR remove it by pulling on the power cable (you can possibly disconnect the cable from the edge of the pool) to bring it up and then place it gently on the edge of the pool (price of the device €1,000) and don't forget to put it back afterwards, otherwise it will lower the level of the pool + there is a risk of altering the condition of the water,
