It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen, and a living room with a pool table area. Come and enjoy a welcoming and comfortable stay with family or friends in a carefully decorated setting to celebrate the holiday season. 🎁🎅 Guest access You will have access to: - the entire house except 3 private areas in the basement, - The unheated private pool is accessible from late May to late September. - the area around the pool with 6 sun loungers, a pergola, a table and 8 outdoor chairs (for the summer season), - the Nordic bath (firewood provided), - the pétanque court (boules provided), - trampoline, - the swing, - the barbecue with a table and 2 outdoor benches, Free on-site parking right in front of the house (3–4 vehicles without any problem). Other things to note Bed and bath linen (small and large towels) are provided. Think the cleaning fee is high? => Here is the explanation of what they understand: the control of the general condition of the accommodation after your departure (which helps us in the rating), the cleaning (with photos and control videos), the management of linens, the restocking of consumables and the setting up of small touches to ensure you a pleasant and comfortable stay. Cleaning fees don't include the kitchen. Please put it back in order as found on your arrival. => In case of excessive dirt, an extra charge of €70 will be charged. The Wi-Fi code will be available to the left of the TV (scanable QR code) and sent in the welcome message. The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Please respect the hours of silence between 10pm and 8am to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Regarding the use of the pool: - The robot is in operation from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. - When you want to swim, you can EITHER leave the robot in the pool OR remove it by pulling on the power cable (you can possibly disconnect the cable from the edge of the pool) to raise it and then place it gently on the edge of the pool (price of the device: 1,000 EUR). Don't forget to put it back in afterwards, otherwise it will lower the pool level and there is a risk of altering the water quality.
