The upper floor sleeps two people. The lower floor has a sofa bed, a kitchen, a spacious balcony and a backyard. Guest access Nearby, we have a cafe, swimming pool, office, pool table and bar. Customers can use all of the 10 rai of our area. Other things to note Maximum stay is 3 people, But for the 3rd person there is 500 baht per night for the extra charge (except for children under 14 years old there is no extra charge). Pet (dog or cat) is allowed to stay but there is an extra charge for pet fee. the rate is depends on pet’s body weight. We need to save the earth save the energy so the electrical charge and the water supply charge are not included in the rental fee. You just have to pay for the electrical charge and water supply charge just only you used. We need to keep the security deposit when you check in and we will refund to you when you check out complete. and there is the extra service charge for change the linen set, change the towels or clean the room if you don’t need it you don’t have to pay. There is a vending washing machine service. And Gym About the pet fee per pet/night 1-10 Kg. = 250 THB 10-15 Kg. = 350 THB 15 Kg. up = 500 THB And If the pet is staying with you for the long term, we will make an extra discount for you as well.
