Home in Huntington Beach

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics. The space This house is right on the sand facing the ocean, and right in the center of Sunset Beach. In addition to enjoying the beach, you can walk across the street and rent paddle boards and kayaks in the bay, bird watch and hike at the Bolsa Chica wetlands, walk to local restaurants, diners, and colorful dive bars. You can drive or ride bikes to Huntington Beach and Seal Beach to enjoy surrounding areas. (We do not have bikes but you are welcome to bring your own, or rent some in Huntington Beach) We do have: kids sand toys, croquet, corn hole, beach chairs, umbrellas, board games, boogie boards, surfboards. For babies/ young kids we have: 2 pack and play cribs, 2 baby gates, baby bath, baby soap, baby shampoo, baby booster seat for meals, plastic kids cups, plates, spoons, bibs, kids books, and a few toys. (Also, please be aware that like all beaches, some days are calm and perfect, and other days can be windy by late afternoon and evening. Bring a windbreaker or jacket, even in the summer. ) Guest access You will have the entire beachfront home to yourself, as well as the beach front deck. The lower level brick patio is available for your use as well. Another tenant or the host may pass through the patio to access the beach, but this is infrequent. Seating, a barbecue, and storage bins of beach chairs are on the brick patio as well. The adjacent building on the street side of the home is occupied by a long-term rental tenant and the air b&b host on the ground level unit. He will give you your privacy, but is conveniently on site to answer any questions or assist you if needed. The street side garage is a shared space and the washer and dryer inside are available to use. They are shared with the host and another tenant. We have 1 parking space in front of the garage, and free street parking. Another tenant parks to on the left side in front of garage. That space MUST be left open. ) Other things to note The host has a golden retriever named Lucy. You may occasionally see her in the walkways or shared spaces. Registration Details STR-2025-0183
