Other things to note For rentals of 27 nights or less, utilities are included in the price, For rentals of 28 nights or more, large discounts are automatically applied, and guests pay for the utilities consumed according to the tariffs and meter readings. Current utility rates: Gas: 0.57 lari per 1 cubic meter. Electricity: 0.27 lari per 1 kWh. Water: 0.55 lari per 1 cubic meter. The Internet rate depends on the speed you choose: 40 GEL per month at a speed of 20 Mbps; 70 lari at 50 Mbps; 120 lari per month at 100 Mbps The cost of utilities depends solely on the chosen tariff of Internet speed and the intensity of your consumption of electricity, gas and water. Our utilities are relatively small and guests pay for them in order to be more attentive to the accommodation, so that when leaving the house they do not forget to turn off electrical appliances, gas and turn off the water. The main consumption in winter is for heating (gas), in summer for air conditioning (electricity). In spring and autumn, the utilities are minimal, as heating is no longer needed, and cooling is not yet needed.
