Welcome to our family home, we hope you love your stay! Experience spacious living in a fun and peaceful environment on the shores of lake Varese, perfect for day trips to Milan, Como, Lugano, Lake Maggiore and Lake Monate. Enjoy the communal pool, tennis courts as well as our private gym, sauna, ping pong, piano, hammock, fast internet and a dip in the river in our garden for the brave! For parents and for eternal kids, our play area has you covered! The space The house is powered by solar panels and features three spacious bedrooms, two large living rooms with sofa bed, three complete bathrooms (two en-suite), a private sauna, private gym, ping pong table, piano, a study room equipped with sitting & standing desks and external monitors, private garage with EV charger, fireplace, central heating, AC, fans, and a utility and laundry room with washer and dryer. Being our family home, we have a full library of books and games, which you are welcome to borrow during your stay and all the spices you could possibly need in our kitchen - help yourself to any of the ingredients you might have forgotten! Guest access All house Other things to note Being frequent travellers, we decided to put our family home on airbnb, for others to enjoy while we are away. This means some cupboards will still contain our everyday things, but we have created plenty of space for you to use the house as if it was your own, with the benefit that if you really needed a pinch of cinnamon or dab of ketchup.. you are welcome to use ours! While we're dedicated to ensuring your stay is exceptional, we acknowledge that, like all things in life, we might inadvertently make mistakes. We genuinely value your feedback and invite you to share any suggestions or areas for improvement to enhance your experience. Let us know if you notice something is missing or broken, etc. Your insights will help us evolve and create an even more enjoyable stay for future guests. Our residence is a warm and welcoming space spread across multiple levels, encompassing three floors. Although our small children have thrived here without issues, we want to ensure you're aware that the house isn't baby-proofed in the traditional sense, such as having barriers for stairs. Your safety is important to us, so if you're traveling with little ones, please take this into consideration and take necessary precautions.
