Description

Stelliam Holidays derives its name from my kid sons Stellan and Liam. It's because of this that we are ultra passionate about everything we do. This is a comfortable two bedroom space designed by Stelliam Holidays with a beautiful sea view. It's very close to Odxel beach & a little secluded from the hustle bustle. The apartment is in a well built-up society in Dona Paula, near Goa University, Taj Convention Center, Hotel - Bay 15 etc with all kinds of facilities you look for during a vacation The space The area/locality is very safe and peaceful. Surrounded by greenery, and sea view plus breeze, everyone loves the space for its serenity. The space has 2 bedrooms and a fully functional kitchen. There is a powder room as well for guests that you may want to entertain or meet. The view is gorgeous, with a beautiful balcony which boasts of outdoor seating too. The society has a common pool with a wonderful view. There is parking available at the property. The check in time is 1PM and check out time is 11AM. We can only allow a slight flexibility with check in, depending on availability. The caretaker will help you with any guidance or help. Extra bed is chargeable. Secluded and Tranquil: Despite its proximity to Odxell Beach, the apartment is little secluded, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. This seclusion can provide a relaxing environment for guests. Well-Equipped Society: The apartment is situated in a well-built society in Dona Paula. You can definitely expect a secure and well-maintained living environment during their stay. Vacation Facilities: We provide all basic amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, shared/common pool . Important Notice: There is construction activity in the property at the moment from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. We would like to bring it to your knowledge before you book our place. No complaints will be entertained with regards to construction activity in the property since we assume that you have booked our place after reading our property description. Overall, this apartment offers a blend of relaxation and convenience, making it suitable for both vacationers and those seeking a comfortable place to work from home, in a scenic Goan setting. Please feel free to message us on Airbnb chat for any queries, our response shall be prompt! Guest access The guests can use the surrounding areas to relax. The place is conducive for morning walks, and you can also use the beach for this. Other things to note If you have any doubts, please click on the "contact host" button to ask me about it. Kindly note - We can only share our contact details and exact location once we receive a confirmed booking. Airbnb doesn't allow sharing of contact details before booking. The taxes and fees exists everywhere, just here you shall be paying for quality and exclusivity. :) The airport is 30 minutes away. The buses stop at GMC or the closest bus stand shall be Kadamba bus stand - Panjim. If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on an extra charge. There is hot water in the washroom 24*7. The house rules shall be sent on your direct message also once you book, it is also written on our profile, please go through it. Stelliam Holidays Policies :- 1. TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 2bhk space only. The standard occupancy for our 2BHK accommodations is determined to be 4 individuals. Individuals above 5 years of age will be considered as an additional person under this policy. A charge of INR 1000 will be levied per additional person above the standard occupancy limit. 2. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation. 3. CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared on email if the caretaker is not around). Balance payments must be deposited at the time of check in. 4. Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 1Pm and Check out time is 11am. Early check in at 11am is possible as per availability. In the unlikely event that we somehow manage to give you early check in or late check out by a margin of 2 hours, you will have to pay a fee of Rs. 2,000/-, since our staff has to put extraordinary effort in a very short span of time to turn the apartment around. Also, if check in is between 11p.m. and 2 a.m. a fee of Rs. 1000/- , 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. fee of Rs. 2,000/-, 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. Rs. 1,000/- will have to be paid directly to our staff who will usher you in. Our staff work very hard, and this is just a way to keep them motivated to serve you at their best. 5. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker prior incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 1000/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension. 6. GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility of your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something is misplaced or lost. 7. Inclusions – 2bhk air conditioned apartment, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water.Pool & Gym access. 8. LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels can be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 450/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels) 9. Pets are NOT ALLOWED 10. LOUD MUSIC – Not Allowed as there are neighbors around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone. 11. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The apartment is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off. 12. Apartment AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. Extra bed is 1500/- per person. 13. HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises. 14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges) 15. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, incase this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space and we will definitely resonate the same from our end. 16. POOL- Swimming pool timings will be from 7 am to 10 pm as per society rules. 17. Breakfast Policy: - Breakfast is not included - Our housekeeping team is available to arrange groceries upon request, subject to market rates. 18. Smoking is strictly prohibited in /around Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking. Guests smoking inside the apartment will be charged a fine of Rs. 5,000/ - per infringement. 19. For bookings over 7 days, we charge extra for electricity : 5 rupees per unit as per consumption. 19. India is a power deficient Country, and so, we request you to be mindful of the power and water usage during your stay with us. Please switch off all the electrical appliances such as geysers, air conditioners, fans and lights whenever you leave the apartment. Our staff will do their duty and switch off these electrical items ( other than the fridge) incase you fail to do so, and this will be done with your implied permission. Additionally, if you need your apartment to be cooled on your return from outside, please let our staff know 30 mins before your arrival, and they will do the needful. 20. Housekeeping will be done from 9am to 11am and 3pm to 5 pm everyday. Please keep in touch with our housekeeping manager to book your preferred time ( which should be within the time provided above). Housekeeping requests outside these fixed timings will be entertained if, and only if, our team has the bandwidth to do so, which is rare.
